All products are shipped the next business day as defined by the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and Delivery dates are estimated for you during checkout. This is only an estimate from the carrier and NOT a guarantee. Our standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. You should allow 2-7 business days for delivery once an order has shipped. (Holiday Seasons, Adverse Weather Conditions, Political Unrest, Etc. can and do cause delays.)
We encourage the use of Signature Required Delivery. Not selecting Signature Delivery during checkout is an acknowledgement of risk on your part and you will NOT attempt to hold Freedom Stencils accountable for missing or undelivered packages as the result of issues with the third party carrier (USPS)
We are not responsible for packages once they are turned over to the carrier. Shipping information and notifications are sent to the email you provide during checkout. If there is an issue once the package has shipped you are encouraged to contact the carrier (USPS) with your provided tracking information. Any and all packages that have been scanned by the carrier are in their custody from that moment forth and are no longer our responsibility. We will not accept losses nor be expected to accept losses for any issues that may arise between the carrier and the customer. Any and all issues or disputes regarding shipping once the package has been taken into the carrier's custody must be resolved with the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. (You may file a lost or missing package report with the USPS here.)
All items are shipped in rigid flat mailers to protect the items during the shipping process.
All International packages include Signature Delivery and we do not offer shipping without.
