Refund Policy


SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT

To combat scammers, we have a strict refund and return policy.  We understand that things can happen, and do not dispute that a substandard product could end up in circulation.  That said, our products are mass produced in large runs so if something is out of calibration, it will affect many of the same stencil variants and we will be savvy to the situation right away and work diligently to a positive resolve.  We are not responsible for you ruining your stencils during the weeding or application process.   Please do not attempt to claim a faulty product for your own mishap.  If you do believe to have received a faulty product, please email us (support@freedomstencils.com) with all of the following information;

  • Your Order Number
  • Details regarding the issue or problem
  • Picture(s) that accurately depict the problem
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response as we will need to investigate the issue.  We also ask for your patience and politeness.  Treating us like an asshole will not get you any closer to a resolution.

 

 

WRONG PRODUCT

New, and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.  To return an item, contact us at: support@freedomstencils.com and include all of the following information;

  • Your Order Number
  • Details about the product you would like to return or exchange
  • Picture(s) of the incorrect or defective product (if applicable)

If the return or exchange request is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.  The receipt for the shipping costs must be included with the return or emailed to us (support@freedomstencils.com) at the time of shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If any of the steps outlined above are not followed properly, this timeline can be greatly extended and/or the return/exchange ineligible all together.
