Duck Hunter Camouflage is the name generally applied to patterns consisting of varying colors of large, irregular spots on a solid background. The pattern can be traced back to spot patterns used by the US in World War II. Many variations of the original pattern were reproduced from the 1960's until the late 1990's. These patterns were marketed mostly as hunting apparel. The name, "Duck Hunter Camouflage" came from its early appeal to Duck Hunters. Many nations have adopted variations of the pattern over the course of its existence.
These stencils are second to none. Easy to peel, easy to apply, easy to remove after painting. Zero paint bleeding through!!! Cons: sorry lol I love these stencils but I just gotta point out my one complaint. In order to properly paint a gun ( rifle) you have to buy 2 sets of stencils. I’d 100% recommend using freedom stencils. Don’t bother looking any further!!! I already did test and evaluate many other brands, especially the sets from Amazon and they don’t hold a candle to freedom stencils Paint bleeding, hard to remove after applying paint, pain in the a$$ to remove off the sheets! Save your sanity and just buy from freedom P Scott Willis
